OFFLINE ASSESSMENT OF UNAIR GRADUATE AND PROFESSIONAL PROGRAMS

The Bachelor of Pharmacy and Pharmacist Profession Study Program has succeeded in obtaining superior status in an online assessment carried out by the Indonesian Accreditation Agency for Higher Education in Health (IAAHEH) at the end of 2020. However, according to the provisions of IAAHEH which states that the assessment for Undergraduate and Professional programs applies a hybrid method, the Faculty of Pharmacy Universitas Airlangga (FF UNAIR) must also continue through offline assessments. The offline assessment has been carried out for 2 consecutive days on 27-28 January 2022.

On the first day, FF UNAIR welcomed the arrival of 3 assessors, including Prof. Dr. apt. Dachriyanus, Prof. Dr. apt. Sri Adi Sumiwi, MS., and Dr. apt. Hilwan Teruna, M.Si. The agenda for that day was a meeting with the leaders of UPPS, PS, SPMI and UPPS and PS explanations regarding clarification of things that were still needed. The implementation of the agenda took place in the 2nd floor meeting room of FF UNAIR while still implementing health protocols. Then, the agenda was continued with an assessment of the tutorial learning process, skills labs, laboratories, including facilities and infrastructure. On the agenda, assessors visited all laboratories in FF UNAIR. The lecturers and laboratory assistants involved in the visit explained in detail the questions asked by the assessors.

The agenda for the next day, which is also the last day of the assessment, begins with assessing the learning process in the practice vehicle, including facilities and infrastructure. In addition, the assessors also conducted interviews with clinical supervisors. On that day, visits to industry, hospitals, and pharmacies were also carried out in collaboration with FF UNAIR as a vehicle for practice. After the Ishoma, a draft of the minutes and recommendations of the accreditation results were prepared. Furthermore, the Assessor Team, UPPS Leaders, and the FF UNAIR Accreditation Team held discussions and signed the minutes. All of the assessment activities on that day were closed with the submission of recommendations.
