BROMO OVERNIGHT (SUNRISE TOUR)

Mount Bromo (2,329 meters / 7,641 ft) is an active
volcano, a part of Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park in East
Java, Indonesia. The name of Bromo derived from Javanese
pronounciation of Brahma, the Hindu creator god. Mount Bromo
sits in the middle of vast plain called the Sea of Sand, the
protected nature reserve since 1919. The typical way to visit
Mount Bromo is from the nearby mountain of Cemoro Lawang then
we need to take an organized jeep tour by local people which
includes a stop at the viewpoint of Mount Penanjakan (2,270
meters) to see the sunrise.
Day 1 (10.00 PM) : Surabaya (Transfer In) – Mount
Bromo
We will pick you up at Surabaya and transfer to Bromo.
The trip from Surabaya to Bromo takes around 4 hours.
Day 2 : Bromo Tour – Surabaya (Transfer Out)
(Breakfast)
At 3 A.M. we will pick you up with 4WD Jeep and bring you
to the most famous view point at Mount Penanjakan on the rim of
the Tengger caldera to see sunrise. Afterward the adventure is
continued to the crater of Mount Bromo. You may ride the horse
(personal account) or hiking through the sea of sand
approximately 3 kilometers then climb 250 stairs to reach the
top of Mount Bromo. You will escorted back for breakfast in
local restaurant and then transfer out to Surabaya at 12
pm.
